Residential property management video
The National Apartment Association wanted to make a video about the growing industry of residential property management to circulate among prospective employees. The video highlighted industry statistics that indicate the numerous opportunities for career growth.
I was given the script, a folder of photos, and video footage of people on the job. So it was up to me how to arrange everything and what visuals to show when. I derived the color palate from the logos at the end. This is a classic and simple video that I think is persuasive and makes the prospect of residential career management a real possibility for someone just learning about it.
