As mentioned in my other post about Helio Basin, Tammy used to work for them but went off on her own before I finished that project. The cinematographer who hired me to edit these videos, Aiden Korotkin, allowed me to finish Tammy’s video anyway for her own personal use to promote herself as a chef. The video was so fun to edit because of the spectacular footage captured by Aiden. “Tammy uses ingredients indigenous to Arizona in her cooking to develop a unique local flavor.”
